Refund & Cancellation Policy
Vaanijyam shall not give any refund,
returns, replacement, and exchange for a reason of delay caused due to the
carrier agency. However, at its sole discretion, Vaanijyam may agree to provide
credit that may be used for future orders.
In case the authorities of such
places fail to accept the package, for any reason, Vaanijyam will under no
circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall
Vaanijyam attempt reshipment of the same order.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24
hours once placed.
The amount will be refund with in
5-6 days.

The customer agrees not to dispute
the decision made by Vaanijyam and accepts the brand’s decision regarding the
cancellation.
How will I receive the credit for my
money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?
A credit note will be Emailed or
WhatsApp to you, which you can use in the next 30 days on the website. Please
make sure that you use the credit in one go.
